Creative direction.
Practical follow-through.
A strong design needs clear decisions, coordinated information and people who can rely on one another.
Understand the brief
Build a shared understanding of the client’s priorities, operational needs, budget and programme before developing the design.
Resolve the detail
Connect material choices with cabinet setting-out, appliance interfaces, fabrication drawings and the requirements of specialist suppliers.
Support delivery
Coordinate quotations, procurement, suppliers, fabricators and installation teams. Keep responsibilities clear and decisions moving through the programme.

Founding NURA gave me a close understanding of the whole project: design direction, client relationships, commercial decisions and the practical work of delivery.
I have managed briefs, budgets and quotations, procurement, supplier and fabricator coordination, programme scheduling, installation and team leadership. That experience shapes how I work with others: clear information, dependable follow-through and processes that help teams deliver consistent results.
I’m interested in bringing this perspective into an established team, strengthening design quality, client service and the systems that support both.
